  1. 17وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرࣲّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥۤ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ بِخَيۡرࣲ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِيرࣱ

    And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent.

Surah Al-An'aam · 6:17

Allah says: “And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them” (Quran 7:180).

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Allah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one; whoever enumerates them will enter Paradise” (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim). This does not mean His names are limited to ninety-nine.
