The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: Whoever says, Glory be to Allah and praise Him, a hundred times in a day, his sins will be erased even if they were like the foam of the sea.

    Repeat: 100×

And he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever says: There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, alone, without partner; to Him belongs all sovereignty, and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things, ten times, will be like one who has freed four slaves from among the descendants of Ishmael.

    Repeat: 10×

And he, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: Two words are light on the tongue, heavy in the Balance, beloved to the Most Merciful: Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme.

And he (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: For me to say: "Glory be to Allah, all praise is due to Allah, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest" is more beloved to me than everything over which the sun rises.

And he (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Is any one of you unable to earn a thousand good deeds every day?" A questioner from among those sitting with him asked: "How can one of us earn a thousand good deeds?" He said: "By glorifying Allah one hundred times, so a thousand good deeds are recorded for him, or a thousand sins are erased from him.

    Repeat: 100×

Whoever says: Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent, and praise be to Him, a date palm tree will be planted for him in Paradise.

And he, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: O Abdullah bin Qais, shall I not direct you to a treasure from the treasures of Paradise? I said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah. He said: Say: There is no might nor power except with Allah.

And he, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: The most beloved words to Allah are four: Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. It does you no harm whichever of them you begin with.

A Bedouin came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, "Teach me words that I may say." He said, "Say: There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, Alone without any partner; Allah is Most Great, abundant praise be to Allah, glory be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and there is no might nor power except with Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise." The Bedouin said, "These are for my Lord, so what is for me?" He said, "Say: O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, and provide for me.

When a man embraced Islam, the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would teach him the prayer and then command him to supplicate with these words: O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, grant me well-being, and provide for me.
