Surah An-Naas (“Mankind”) is chapter 114 of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah of 6 verses that begins in Juz 30 on page 604 of the Madinah Mushaf. Below is the full Arabic text with the Saheeh International English translation.
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
- 1قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
- 2مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ
The Sovereign of mankind.
- 3إِلَـٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ
The God of mankind,
- 4مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ
From the evil of the retreating whisperer -
- 5ٱلَّذِی يُوَسۡوِسُ فِی صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind -
- 6مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ
From among the jinn and mankind."
