The dua of Adam and Hawwa (Eve)
Surah Al-A'raaf · 7:23
- 23قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمۡنَاۤ أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمۡ تَغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَتَرۡحَمۡنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡخَـٰسِرِينَ
They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers."
The supplication of repentance made by Adam and his wife, asking Allah for forgiveness and mercy. It is among the first duas mentioned in the Quran.
