The dua of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham)

Surah Ibrahim · 14:40–41

  1. 40رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡنِی مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِیۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلۡ دُعَاۤءِ

    My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.

  2. 41رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِی وَلِوَ ٰلِدَیَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ

    Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established."

Ibrahim's supplication to be among those who establish the prayer, together with his descendants, and to be forgiven along with his parents and the believers.
